To harvest, simply take a handsaw or pruning shears and cut the desired stem(s). After pruning, the stump may sucker sprout or the root will sucker sprout for a future cutting. Along with using the stems, harvesting the seeds before wildlife has a chance to consume the berries is also another consideration.
